"Of all of the commandments which is the most important?...Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. And the second one is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these." Mark 12: 28-31
Here at Moreland Presbyterian we believe that a church is only as healthy as its community and that our call is to be full immersed and engaged in the needs of our beloved community. We also recognize that service and justice for those on the margins are deeply connected. Therefore, we partner with a variety of organizations working through a variety of venues to contribute simultaneously to acts of service and justice-seeking for those in our community that experience historic and current marginalization and oppression.
We do this through three primary avenues:
1.) Intergenerational opportunities for hands-on service rooted in justice & equity principles
2.) Our growing coalition of shared building partners
3.) Educational opportunities regarding issues of oppression and marginalization in our community.

Mission & Peace Making
